Grades 1-8 Registration

Welcome to the Bolton Center School Registration page.  Due to COVID restrictions, registration will not be in person.  Parents wishing to register a student for grades 1-8 should submit their registration documents via email to Administrative Assistant Judy Ramsdell, fax (8960-646-4860), or mail (108 Notch Rd. Bolton, CT 06040).  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Judy Ramsdell at (860-643-2411).  When forwarding registration documents, please include the following:

• Registration Packet
• Health Assessment Record
• Verification of student’s age (to include but not be limited to):
  • Photocopy of child’s birth certificate
  • Earlier school records
  • State issued identification documents
  • Parent’s affidavit or unsworn statement as to student’s age
  • Physician’s certificate verifying student’s age
  • Immunization Records 
• Proof of parent's residency (see Bolton Residency Requirements)
• Student Residency Affidavit (if applicable)
• Certificate of Residency (if applicable)
